Quality control
Every federal job gets a written Quality Control Plan and a dedicated QC manager independent of production. We use the three-phase control system (preparatory, initial and follow-up inspections), daily QC reports, a deficiency log closed out before each pay application, and pressure-test and flushing records for every system. Steam trap work adds photo and test records for every trap.
Safety
Written safety program aligned with EM 385-1-1, with steam-specific procedures for burns and scalds, lockout/tagout, confined space and hot work. EMR 0.78. Zero lost-time incidents in 2023 and 2024. All field supervisors hold OSHA 30.
